The fine print, minus the boring parts
How much does it cost to come?+
Nothing. Zero dollars. It is free to attend and all are welcome. A small donation for the prize pot is appreciated but never required.
I just want to eat. Is that allowed?+
That is not only allowed, it is encouraged. Come hungry, taste every rib, and vote for your favorite. You are the judge.
What do I bring if I am competing?+
Three racks, smoked and cooked before you arrive, pre cut, in a serving dish with tongs. Bring any special sauce too. Awards go to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Can I bring my family?+
Please do. It is a family friendly afternoon. Kids, grandparents, that neighbor who always asks what you are grilling, all welcome.

Plenty of parking on site and along Elk Grove Blvd. Follow the smoke, you will find us.
